Dwight Hutchinson
PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer
GUE FUNDAMENTALS DIVER
Dwight is a Certified
PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer who became certified
with L.A. SCUBA DIVING after years of underwater
video and photography in places like Palm Beach,
Maui, and St. Thomas, USVI. Unsatisfactory surface
film conditions led to him taking the PADI Discover
Scuba course at Lahiana, Maui and his world changed
that day...running face to face with a huge Green
Sea Turtle.
Today Dwight dives frequently off Anacapa and Santa
Cruz Islands, and around Southern California. The
lava caves of Lanai at night are a particular favorite
of his as are the wrecks of St. Maarten. His next
dive trip is the Canary Islands, off of the west
coast of Africa this Fall.
Dwight is qualified to teach Open Water, Advanced,
Rescue, and Divemaster as well as the Digital Underwater
Photography, Drysuit, Deep, Enriched Air, Night,
Search and Recovery, Underwater Navigation, and
Wreck Specialties. He especially enjoys being able
to introduce new divers to the wonders of the underwater
world.
